Return Policy
Our crate covers in the Ready to Ship Category as well as the Sofa Covers in stock items may be returned within 20 days of the date of purchase for a refund (excluding shipping and processing fee). Our processing fee is 10% of purchase price including shipping. Custom orders cannot be returned unless damaged, defective or if we made an error based on your specifications. We encourage you to take the time to measure your crate, sofa or dog bed before placing an order. We will not accept returns and exchanges on sale items.
